Names Entered in Search Tools
When you type a name, location, or related detail into a search tool, that query is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the search. Madison County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its receipt and handling of the query.

If you send an email or contact submission, we retain the message and contact details as needed to read it, respond, and maintain the exchange. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
